2011-2012 Series
The programming presented as the
2011–2012 Series is made available through
the generous contributions of our Corporate Sponsors. In 2009-2010 there
were six different programs, some with multiple stagings, for a total of 14
presentations. The multiple stagings represented Educational Outreach and
impacted over 3500 school children in our area by providing a life enriching
experience in the arts.
Corporate Sponsors receive acknowledgement in all Arts Council Series Event
programs, in the monthly newsletter, and on the sidewalk marquis. With
each Series event, a special reception will be held for Corporate
Sponsors to meet and visit with the performing artists. Corporate Sponsors
receive individual tickets approximately two weeks before each Series Event,
which may be used by any employee or friend. The number of tickets varies
depending upon level of Sponsorship.
Platinum ($2000 +): Corporate name/logo will
appear as a ½ page ad in our programs, and will be listed with all equal
level supporters in other advertising arenas. Your company will receive 4
tickets to each 2011–2012 Series event.
Gold ($1500 -
$1999): Corporate name/logo will appear as a ¼
page ad in our programs, and will be listed with all equal level supporters
in other advertising arenas. Your company will receive 4 tickets to each
2011–2012 Series event.
Silver ($1000 - $1499): Corporate
name/logo will appear as a 1/8 page ad in our programs, and will be listed with
all equal level supporters in other advertising arenas. Your company will
receive 4 tickets to each 2011–2012 Series event.
Bronze ($500 - $999): Corporate
name will appear in bold type with other Bronze supporters in our programs, and
will be listed with all equal level supporters in other advertising arenas.
Your company will receive 2 tickets to each 2011–2012 Series event.
Copper ($250 - $499): Corporate
name will appear with other Copper supporters in our programs, and will be
listed with all equal level supporters in other advertising arenas. Your
company will receive 2 tickets to each 2011–2012 Series event.
Friend of The Ritz ($100 - $249):
Corporate name will appear with other Friends of The Ritz supporters in our
programs, and will be listed with all equal level supporters in other
advertising arenas. Your company will receive 1 ticket to each 2011–2012 Series
Event.
