The Mission of

The Arts Council of Mississippi County

is to enhance the quality of life for citizens of all ages by providing arts opportunities, assistance with artist development and utilization of all educational outreach channels to instill arts awareness and development.
The programming nucleus of the organization includes visual arts, theater, music and dance.

It's time to get your tickets for

stand-up comedian, Jason Thompson.

Friday, February 12, 2010 at 7:00 pm .

Jason recently returned from a tour entertaining our troops in Iraq and he will be bringing his comedy to the stage of The Ritz.

Jason’s humor deals with his experiences as a child growing up as well as his more recent experiences as a parent. He will be joined in the show by fellow comedian Eric Counts.
